The organic farm Ansamama was created alongside the experience of the agriturismo La Corte del Lupo. The farm has developed a small organic oasis where excellence and quality guide every choice: artisanal cured meats produced exclusively from its own pigs, raised in a semi-free-range system and according to organic farming principles; organic extra jams made in its own laboratory using only fresh seasonal fruit; naturally grown raspberries; and vegetable preserves that accompany fine cheeses, among many other products, have won the appreciation of guests and customers alike.

This success has been achieved thanks to a strong and courageous decision not to compromise, and never to sacrifice the quality of products and production processes, even at the expense of more immediate commercial opportunities. The spirit that drives our business is to offer an experience of taste and flavours combined with a continuous pursuit of quality.

From all this, the “La Corte del Lupo” products were born naturally, rooted in Umbria, the green heart of Italy, at the foothills of Mount Subasio Park.

Today, our company is dedicated to the search for and distribution of the finest local products. A region long known for its great gastronomic traditions, offering numerous specialties whose authenticity is not always matched by the highest quality.
