Love is what we put into choosing and preparing every dish, favouring ingredients from our organic farm and from the finest local artisans who share our values.
The seasons guide us through the vegetable garden we cultivate. Simplicity lies in how we present our food, so you can truly savour the authentic taste of Umbria.
We make our own cured meats, as well as our pasta — and if there is a filling, we prepare that too. Fruit and vegetables come from our organic garden, while cakes, tarts, plumcakes, biscuits, jams, and our signature lupella are all homemade.
What we do not produce ourselves, we source from local, zero-kilometre producers who, like us, are committed to preserving excellence, because for us it is essential to help you rediscover forgotten flavours.
Dinner is a set three-course menu that changes every evening, taking you on a gastronomic journey that is never the same twice. Olive oil, cheeses, cured meats, bread, meat, vegetables, legumes, grains, pasta… our cuisine is sure to delight you!
We are attentive to specific dietary requirements and also offer menus for vegetarians and guests with coeliac disease.
