Adopt a pig

This is how you can have a pig that’s all yours and that we will look after and raise organically in our dedicated area of 4 and a half hectares. The pigs will grow to weigh approximately 140/150 Kg. We will then hand-produce all kinds of cured meats respecting traditional methods and to a high quality. Most important in cured meats is the raw material: we guarantee a healthy and natural diet without the use of growth hormones or any other pharmacological treatments. You will therefore be very confident in what you are eating.

Come to pay a visit

Between April and December you can come to visit your pig to check on its state of well-being. And then: December is when the processing of the pig takes place. You can enjoy grilled pork chops and spare ribs and take home with you your fresh cuts, sausages and seasoned shoulder (coppa); April is when salamis, loins, bacon and other smoked cuts of pork are ready; At the end of November, in addition to collecting your different kinds of ham, you will be able to try our new olive oil. These are all ideal opportunities to relax and spend few days at our country house.
